How Ordering Works

Visit www.pictureportal.org using Google Chrome.

Steps:

  1. Log in to the secure site
  2. Click Photo Events on the left menu
  3. Find your student’s upcoming picture day event
  4. Click View to:
    • download the flyer
    • resend the web banner link

If you do not remember your login information, click Forgot Password on the login page to reset it.

  • Once an order is placed online, the parent/guardian will receive a camera pass by email.
  • The camera pass can be:
    • printed
    • texted to your student
  • Students should bring the camera pass on picture day so the photographer can scan or photograph it.

No Printer? No Problem

If you are unable to print the camera pass, that’s okay. The photography team can still manually match your student with the order during processing.

Ordering Deadline

Families may order from the flyer up to 24 hours after picture day.
After that time, online ordering may close so the imaging team can begin matching all orders with student photos.

When Pictures Are Delivered

  • Students who prepaid for pictures will receive their package at school.
  • Students who were photographed but did not place an order will receive a proof package (PX).
